Right now, our plans are focused on making sure our services reflect our customers’ needs and the changing world. We’re thinking ahead about what our role is and how we can play our part and at the end of this year, we’ll hand over our five-year plan to Ofgem which will set out our shared future. To build this plan well, we need our customers to share their views and opinions on our service. By doing this, we can make sure that our priorities are our customers’ priorities.
That’s why we want as many of you as possible to be involved as we create our five-year plan, which will cover the period from 2021 to 2026.
To work out what our five-year plan should include, we’ve already spoken to over 12,500 customers and stakeholders. Through these conversations, we’ve found seven priorities they want us to focus on:
